Admissions checklist


  1. Carefully read through our website making note of any questions you have.  Many questions can be answered on the FAQ page.
  2. Fill out one of the contact forms and receive a call back from us within a day typically. Feel free to include any questions as well!
  3. SIgn up for one of our information events online. or schedule an in-person tour.
  4. Complete and submit the student registration form along with any required documents.
  5. Complete and submit the Supplemental agreements form.
  6. Complete and submit the Stonecreek Academy family contract form.
  7. Pay the non refundable $100 registration fee here or in person. This is waived for registrations prior to August 1, 2022
  8. Pay the non refundable materials fee for TK / Kindergarten or Grades 1-8
  9. Download and review the Parent Handbook.
